Psychiatry
The division of psychiatry teaching responsibility for the curriculum in psychiatry, including old age psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, as part of the medical programme at the faculty of medicine. In addition, courses in psychiatry are given within the biomedical programme, the programme for logopedy and the programme for applied psychology.
Research at the division covers a broad field including molecular genetics, personality disorders, psychiatric epidemiology in low-income countries, forensic psychiatry and suicidology.
